I Purchased a Landry’s Gift Card to Redeem Myself

When you purchase a Landry’s Gift Card to support an organization you care about, you will be redirected to your Landry’s Gift Card Redemption Page and receive an email confirmation of your purchase with a link to this page:

To get back to this page, click on the link in your Purchase Confirmation email with the subject line containing "Purchase Confirmation: Redeem Your Landry’s Gift Card".

Note: Customers may NOT use a screenshot for code redemption. Must show a live webpage so that the steps below can be completed. 

To Redeem

Your Landry’s eGift Card can be used for dining, gaming, retail, and more at over 80+ iconic destinations. The eGift Card must be presented at the time of payment.

Accessing Your Landry’s eGift Card


1. Copy the Secret Code

   Copy the secret code provided in your redemption page.
2. Click “Access Gift Card” and Enter Code

   Enter the secret code at the unique e-gift card redemption URL to retrieve your gift card. 

Using Your Landry’s eGift Card

1. Visit a Landry’s Location
   Choose any of your favorite Landry’s restaurants, gaming venues, or retail destinations listed above. Find the nearest location to you here.
2. Access Your Gift Card

   Follow the instructions above to access your Landry’s Gift Card on the Landry’s website.
3. Show Barcode/e-Gift Card Number

   Present the barcode and/or eGift Card number (either on your mobile device or a printed copy) to your server or cashier at checkout. They will verify the card number and balance.
4. Complete Your Purchase
   The team member will apply the eGift Card to your purchase. Review your remaining balance at any time here.
5. Mark as Redeemed

   Check off “I have redeemed the card balance in full” once you have used the full balance. Pressing this button is for your own records, and will indicate to the GroupRaise system that the order has been redeemed.

Checking Your Gift Card Balance

1. Access Your Gift Card
   Follow the instructions above to access your Landry’s Gift Card on the Landry’s website.
2. Select “Check Balance”

   Once you have accessed your gift card, click the “Check Balance” link to view your current balance. You may need to enter the secret code each time you do this in the future.
3. Enter e-Gift Card Number
   Enter your 16-digit gift card number. Note: This is different from your secret code provided above. This will be provided to you once you use the secret code to access your gift card on Landry’s website.

I Received a Landry’s Gift Card as a Gift from Someone Else

When someone gifts you one (or two!) Landry’s Gift Card, you will receive an email confirmation with the subject line "[Gifter Name] has gifted you a Landry’s Gift Card!" This email will have a link to your Redemption Page:

Staff Instructions:

When redeeming a gift card, the customer should show you their Landry’s e-gift card from the official Landry’s website:

1. CUSTOMER shows e-gift card upon checkout to a Landry’s Team Member.
2. TEAM MEMBER scans the e-gift card then closes checkout.
3. CUSTOMER selects “I have redeemed the card balance in full” (optional). Pressing this button will indicate to the GroupRaise system that the order has been redeemed. No further action is required.
