Important notifications about your account will generally come from one of the email addresses below:
GroupRaise uses email notifications to keep you up-to-date on all things related to your account and upcoming fundraisers. If you believe you are not receiving messages from us, there are a few things you can do to fix this:
Make Sure Our Messages Make it to Your Inbox

Adding these email addresses as contacts lets your email provider know that you value these messages and makes it less likely that you miss out on important GroupRaise notifications because they were routed to your spam or junk folders. Here's how to do this for Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and AOL.
- Check your spam folder
Sent an event request over a week ago and haven't heard from us? Search for emails from the addresses above in your spam or junk folder. If you find that they have been routed there, make sure to unmark it as spam.
If you have taken the steps above and believe you are still not receiving notifications from us, contact our support team and let us know so we can investigate further.
