We have two tools to help you gauge the supporter turnout: the Estimated Attendance and the RSVP Headcount.
Estimated Attendance: This is the number that the organizer submits with their initial event request. It's their initial projection of how many people they think will attend or the "attendance goal." Once signed in, you can view this number by clicking on the event in question on your Manage Upcoming Events section, which will direct you to the Event Page. The group's Estimated Attendance is listed under the Group Details logo on the Event Page.

RSVP Headcount: This refers to the number of people who have RSVPed so far for this event. You can view this by clicking "View Group Activity" on the Event Page, which directs you to the Organizer's Meal Page. From here, scroll down to the "Who's Eating" section to view how many RSVPs the group has gathered so far.

Our Advice: While useful to get an idea of the size of an event, these numbers are not guaranteed indicators of the final turnout. Please also keep in mind that supporter attendance is usually staggered throughout the event timeframe.
For the best experience, we recommend getting in touch with the group organizer directly prior to the event date using our Event Messenger.
