While not common, this can happen from time to time. Every restaurant on our site has applied at some point to be a part of our fundraising community and been approved by our internal Sales Team. However, due to the naturally high turn-over in the restaurant industry, this can sometimes mean that information about a restaurant's partnership with GroupRaise is not transferred to new management.
If you've had this experience, let us know! We will reach out to the restaurants to see if they would still like to participate. We can also direct you to other active restaurants in your area that you can choose from for your fundraising needs.
