I Purchased a Dave & Buster's Power Card to Redeem Myself
When you purchase from your favorite organization's Dave & Buster's Campaign Promotion Page, you will be redirected to your Dave & Buster's Power Cards Redemption Page and receive an email confirmation of your purchase with a link to this page:

To get back to this page, click on the link in your Purchase Confirmation email with the subject line containing "Purchase Confirmation: Redeem Your Dave & Buster's Power Card".
Note: Customers may NOT use a screenshot for code redemption. Must show a live webpage so that steps below can be completed.
To Redeem:
Each code is valid for 1 Dave & Buster's Power Card ($20 value) that comes loaded with 100 chips, redeemable at any location. The standard activation fee is waived. Chips are for game play only and cannot be used for food or beverages. Power Card does not expire.
Instructions for Dave & Buster's Cashier: When the customer indicates that they are redeeming a $20 Value Fundraising Dave & Buster's Power Card order that they’ve already purchased, they should show the Dave & Buster’s team member this page (must NOT be a screenshot) on their mobile device.
Redemption Steps
- CUSTOMER shows QR Code(s) above to any Dave & Busters TEAM MEMBER and informs them that they have a $20 Value Fundraising Dave & Buster's Power Card to redeem.
- CUSTOMER selects “Redeem this Code”, which will display a pop up window. CUSTOMER selects “View Code”.
- TEAM MEMBER rings in $20 value Power Card and swipes card to activate.
- TEAM MEMBER scans QR code on discount screen then closes checkout.*
- CUSTOMER selects “This Code Has Been Redeemed”. Pressing this button will indicate to the GroupRaise system that the order has been redeemed and no further action is required.
I Received a Dave & Buster's Power Card as a Gift from Someone Else
When someone gifts you one (or two!) Dave & Buster's Power Cards, you will receive an email confirmation with the subject line "[Gifter Name] has gifted you a Dave & Buster's Power Cards!" This email will have a link to your Redemption Page:

When redeeming codes, the customer should show you their Redemption Page with one or more codes to redeem on their mobile device.
- CUSTOMER shows QR Code(s) to any Dave & Busters TEAM MEMBER and says they have a $20 Value Fundraising Dave & Buster's Power Card to redeem.
- CUSTOMER selects “Redeem this Code”. This will display a pop-up window prompting them to view code.
- TEAM MEMBER rings in $20 value Power Card and swipes card to activate.
- TEAM MEMBER scans QR code on discount screen then closes checkout.
- CUSTOMER selects “This Code Has Been Redeemed”. Pressing this button will indicate to the GroupRaise system that the order has been redeemed. No further action is required.
