You can redeem your movie ticket bundle online or at your favorite participating Regal and at the end of the campaign, the organization receives their donation in the mail!

If you are encountering an issue redeeming your Regal Movie Ticket Bundle, it is best to contact our support team here. We will need to know the name and email address associated with the order, as well as the specific issue they need resolved. If relevant, attaching screenshots is useful.

Can I host a Regal Fundraising Campaign for a cause I care about?

Absolutely! Organizations interested in hosting a campaign themselves are welcome to submit a signup request. You will be notified by email if your signup application has been approved. The clock starts once you’ve received an email notifying you that your campaign has been confirmed! Campaigns are typically confirmed within 1-3 business days of signing up.

How can l redeem my Regal Movie Ticket Bundle?

You can redeem your Regal Movie Ticket Bundle either online, using the Regal app or in-person at your preferred Regal location. One Regal Movie Ticket QR code is valid for one Standard Regal Movie Ticket. 

Box Office Redemption

1. Tell a staff member at the box office or concession counter that you have a Fundraising Regal Movie Ticket Bundle(s) to redeem. (Note: This step can also be completed at a lobby kiosk.)
2. Select “Redeem this Code”, which will display a pop-up window where you can select “View Code”.
3. Scan QR code for each movie ticket and complete the transaction either with a staff member or at the lobby kiosk.
4. Select “This Code Has Been Redeemed”. Pressing this button is for your own records, and will indicate to the GroupRaise system that the order has been redeemed.

Online Redemption (or using Regal app)

1. Select Showtime Visit www.RegMovies.com or use the Regal app, select your desired movie showtime at your preferred Regal location.	Showtime Selection
2. Select ALL Seats Select the number of seats for everyone in your group. NOTE: If there are more people in your group than the number of redemption codes you have, you will need to pay the full ticket price for those additional seats.	Seat Selection

 A Note on Fees and Charges

A $1.89 convenience fee applies to movie tickets redeemed online. In-person redemptions are not subject to this convenience fee. Redemptions in states like NY, NJ, CA may also be subject to an additional market fee at the time of redemption. Select Regal locations may charge an additional $1 fee for showings in auditoriums with recliner seating.

Ticket prices can vary slightly by location and time of purchase. The Regal Movie Ticket Bundle is designed to cover standard adult ticket prices.
