I Purchased Digital Dozens to Redeem Myself
When you purchase from your favorite organization's Krispy Kreme Digital Dozen Campaign Promotion Page, you will be redirected to your Digital Dozen Redemption Page AND receive an email confirmation of your purchase with a link to this page:

To get back to this page, click on the link in your Purchase Confirmation email with the subject line containing "Purchase Confirmation: Redeem Your Krispy Kreme Digital Dozens".
To Redeem:
- Visit your favorite Krispy Kreme shop.
- Tell the cashier you would like to redeem your Digital Dozens order and show them the code(s) on your Digital Dozens Redemption Page (for more than 3 dozens, please call at least 24 hours in advance).
- Enjoy! Get your dozens to enjoy with your office, family, and friends. Encourage them to support too!
I Received Digital Dozens as a Gift from Someone Else
When someone gifts you one (or two!) Digital Dozens, you will receive an email confirmation with the subject line "[Gifter Name] has gifted you a Krispy Kreme Digital Dozen!" This email will have a link to your Redemption Page:

To Redeem:
- Visit your favorite Krispy Kreme shop.
- Tell the cashier you would like to redeem your Digital Dozens order and show them the code(s) on your Digital Dozens Redemption Page (for more than 3 dozens, please call at least 24 hours in advance).
- Enjoy! Get your dozens to enjoy with your office, family, and friends. Encourage them to support too!
Having Issues Redeeming?
Show the instructions below to the cashier assisting you to redeem your dozens. Keep in mind that for redemptions of more than 3 dozens, you must call the shop at least 24 hours in advance to allow them to be prepared for your order.
Instructions for Krispy Kremer: Select the "FUND Dig Dzn/GroupRaise/MemberHub" button from the coupon menu in the POS. Then enter the 14 digit Digital Dozen #.
