There are a couple ways you can get in touch with the restaurant after making a request:
1. Event Messenger
How to Send a Message:
- Log In
- On your Dashboard, scroll down to the Meal Schedule section. Click on your desired event--this will take you to the Meal Management Page
- Locate the section Conversation with Organizer Name towards the bottom of the page
- Enter your message and send!
Reasons to Use Event Messenger:
- Say "Hello" and introduce yourself!
- Clarify event details
- Suggest an adjusted time
- Check status of the donation check
- Request an alternate date or cancel the event*
- Work together to promote the event within your community
- Send a "Thank You" and your appreciation!
*The restaurant can reschedule the event on your behalf. Contact Customer Support if you'd like to cancel and we'll update the event!
2. Restaurant Contact Info
How to View a Restaurant's Contact Info:
- Log In
- On your Dashboard, scroll down to the Meal Schedule section. Click on your desired event--this will take you to the Meal Management Page
- You will find an email and contact number for the restaurant beneath the restaurant logo on the left-hand side of the page
