I forgot my email/password. What do I do?

Click Sign In on the GroupRaise homepage. On the Sign In page, select Forgot Your Password? and enter the email associated with your account.

Still Having Trouble?

Submit a request or send an email to [e-mail] with the subject "Forgot Password" or "Forgot Email" that includes the name of the account holder, your group name, the specific issue you have while trying to enter your account and any other emails you may have used to create it.
