The restaurant will donate a percentage of the sales only from your supporters during the hours of the scheduled event. Any purchases before or after will not be counted, so pick a time that works well for everyone's schedule.
Each restaurant has their own method for tracking event sales. A couple common methods are:
- Sales tracking via POS system
- Collecting Supporter receipts in a designated container
Your group organizer can clarify with the restaurant which method they will be using, as it can differ for different styles of restaurants.
